One step ahead of the shoe shine

I’m getting the next HoC episode done and scheduled to post ahead of schedule, as I have a Christmas party to attend tomorrow. This is still the early material I covered during NaNoWriMo and I’m finding that it is better than I imagined. But I know, as I get deeper into it, there will be more substantial editing needed. Some of the last sections I wrote were done in only the broadest of strokes; some material, I am almost certain, will get tossed out.

I am also batting around a few ideas for short stories to write. Not sure what I plan to do with them if I write them. They might go up here or I might try sending them out. As much as I am loving doing serial fiction, it’s not paying the bills. I need to start seriously pursuing publishing avenues again. Working is hard, dang it.
