Holidays strike again

It was not my intention to stay out past midnight. But my sister and brother-in-law are in town and we hardly ever get to see them. So we went out to dinner and lingered until quite late. So I’m checking in rather later than usual. Unfortunately, I have nothing even remotely useful to report. I was completely useless all day after staying out all night to do some Black Friday shopping with Mum. Fun, but tiring. And I think I’m getting a bit of a cold again.

And, as is traditional, I’m falling behind on NaNo at the last possible second. I may camp out in the library tomorrow to get some intense writing time in. Or, you know, chain myself to my office chair. Whatever works. Only three days to go!
